We are currently exploring proposals which would:
- Provide 3 attractive, well designed new family homes at Dominic Court
- Be 3 storeys in height, stepping down to respond to neighbouring buildings
- Use materials that have been carefully selected to complement and enrich the Conservation Area, including Buffer Stretcher Brick, Feature Window Brick detailing, Light Bronze Metal Framing, and Red Tiles.
- Provide substantial landscape improvements, transform this underutilised space into a thoughtfully designed development that enhances the local setting, amenities and infrastructure.
- Include space for cycle storage / refuse and recycling in accordance with council guidance
These proposals are at an early stage and may change in response to feedback and further technical work.
